Lottie (18, so born 2002) is probably kinfolk and an instagram influencer, she's also the heiress to the Primrose-Morton seat on Lloyds of London. Her father is Andrew Primrose-Morton (kinfolk and monied) and her mother is Catarine Primrose-Morton neé Ivanoya (kinfolk and linked to Gazprom).

She took the Belles to Arundel Castle (Season_Four#2021-06-28) where she tried to get them all to tell her about being garou, then Carlie to tell her about being black. She possibly knew about Alice and Penny's relationship as she was seen gossiping(?) with them (Season_Four#2021-07-12) before everyone else knew. She was also involved in Penny getting possessed by the Unknown Ahroun (Season_Four#2021-08-16) and almost got dragged into the Umbra. She was then taken moon gazing while high in the hope it would trigger some kind of garou awakening, certainly something a bit weird happened as she maybe saw into the edge of the Umbra (Season_Four#2021-08-23).

She is slightly vapid, means well, doesn't understand that business people will try to take advantage of her, and wants to avoid a boring life.
