The Isle of Dogs is not actually an island full of dogs, and therefore was less interesting to Sunny once she found out.
However, it includes major business centres in London including Canary Wharf, and has at least some Wyrm-taint, as Ariane and Lydia tracked a false lead there while hunting Ben Valis.
