Father of Ariane, kinfolk to the Silver Fangs, wife of Janice. Probably a Mythic (Season_Four#2021-07-26) and owner of Tarquin's Pen. Has been attempting to build links between dream magic and garou magic (Season_Four#2021-07-19) with unknown levels of success, probably as part of working with Orpheus. Is able to somehow leave the midsummer social gathering to attend the ritual while giving the impression he hasn't - mind control or illusion is unclear (Season_Four#2021-08-09).
