A detached 1930s place in a line of semis, 2 bed, kitchen out back, garden, bay windows, no magical aura.
Used for deliveries of mercury and silver, is occupied by Carl Rodrigos and an unknown mercenary woman with silver bullets. The rooms are warded against easy viewing from the Umbra. There was a strange silvery spirit there (guarding the umbra?)
