London is alive.

The Spirit of London probably exists centred on the Penumbra version of the Tower of London and seems to be bound to the Crown and seems to be a contrast to The Weaver of Laws and Rituals who is linked to Parliament, (and then there are the smaller spirits like the Dragons and those backing the True Londoners).

The Spirit of London itself is in charge of The Sheriff of London

Met by Jules and Holly in Season_Eleven#2023-11-27 and they were advised that The Eternal Church was beaten back 2000 years ago by "by tooth, by claw, by sword, by magic, by belief, by faith" so an alliance of the The Demimonde. It also said it could choose or select an Avatar of some kind of inhabit.
