Penny Primrose

Penny is 22, Stephen Primrose's sister, daughter of Major John Primrose and Dawn Primrose. She attends Durham University studying MA in Sociology. She has just entered a fresh goth phase. Recently became Garou, her first change being caused by part of The Pack engaging in taunting her and also training her in some unarmed combat (Season_Four#2021-07-19). She has been dating Alice for an unknown period of time. Her mother (Dawn) died in a car accident where she ended up dead in the Themes after going out to get takeout for Penny and herself while The Major was off at a midsummer party, Penny understandably has a lot of guilt and feelings around this, she was last seen at Lee Ho Fooks and is kinfolk which of course makes everyone a little suspicious (Season_Four#2021-08-02). Penny was possessed by the Unknown Ahroun and transformed running around with Lottie, at which point her father found out she was Garou (Season_Four#2021-08-16).
