The most peaceful of the tribes of the garou, known for wanting to create peace between the tribes to form a unified nation of garou to face The Wyrm. They famously opposed the War of Rage and eventually ended the Impergium seeking to educate humans about the balance of the Umbra and the powers therein and the need for balance.
